Eligibility Criteria
- This support is exclusively for orphan, poor, and needy daughters.
- The daughter and her guardian must be registered WIRSA members.
- Assistance is limited to a maximum of two daughters per family.
- A minimum one-year gap is required between applications for two daughters.
